Mass General Brigham put together a tool kit to help their employees have more productive conversations on race. They asked me to design an eye-catching, read-at-a-glance “tip sheet” that would entice people to learn more about their anti-racism initiatives in healthcare settings. In addition to producing a design, I helped them condense, organize, and edit their text so that the information could be presented in a clear and concise way. I love projects where I get to use both my design skills AND my writing skills. Strong communication requires both!
