After designing Mass General Brigham’s Anti-Racism Tool Kit, their Office of Equity and Inclusion asked me to redesign their Disability materials using a similar style. I designed both the Manager and Employee Tool Kits for Empowering and Accommodating Colleagues with Disabilities. These are companion online brochures. My favorite part was redesigning the flow chart graphic, because it was tough to fit it into the space and also make it clear and easy to understand. I guess that makes me a design geek — I love the challenges of information and communication design.
